Daniel, Laura Ann and I are so very thankful that God chose to bless us with their Daddy! He is such a great daddy to them & they both absolutely adore him! Two examples of this I noted just this weekend..... 1) Yesterday, Daniel was getting ready to go outside & help Dan cut the grass. He looked out the window, then went upstairs to get dressed. He came downstairs w/ navy shorts on (just like Dan's) & said, "Mom, dad has on a gray shirt w/ his shorts & I can't find a gray shirt in my drawer. Will you help me find mine? I want to look JUST LIKE Dad while we cut the grass." Ha! So, I found him a gray shirt too & they got our grass cut in matching outfits! 2)We took Dan out to dinner last night for Father's Day. When we got to our table, Laura Ann slid into the booth, patted the seat beside her & said, "You can sit right here, daddy, beside your princess." Happy Father's Day, Dan! We love you bunches!
Big Daddy & Nanna joined us for lunch today. We are thankful for the other fathers in our lives too.......Big Daddy & Papa we love you!
