We are loving being snowed in at the James house. Lots of lounging, napping, reading, movie watching, eating and drinking hot chocolate going on! All of that in addition to playing outside, exploring in the woods & sledding! We spent the morning watching movies & didn't make it outside until almost lunch time. Actually Daniel & Laura Ann went out at lunch. I confess that I never came out of my pajamas all day long and I really have no guilt about it! What's a snow day for anyway? All of the pics I took of them playing are from the porch! Ha! Today was even colder because it was windy and it snowed off & on all day. We are still enjoying the beautiful view from our windows. Laura Ann didn't last long outside, but Daniel and Jeb played outside ALL afternoon. They would come in for brief periods to warm up with some hot chocolate & then head right back outside. I would put coats, gloves & hats in the dryer for the few minutes they were inside. They made the same pit stops at the Bettis' house & managed to wipe out the hot chocolate here and there! Little boys are just tough & are obviously oblivious to cold air! There is no school again tomorrow & we are looking forward to another day of doing a bunch of nothing! :)
