The WEE Center hosted its annual International Food Festival today. The Kindergarten classes are grouped in 2s & 3s & each group is assigned a country. The countries represented are the ones that they have covered in their language/social studies units. There were lots of yummy snacks from about 10 different countries. Daniel & I enjoyed sampling most of them (I obviously spent more of my time sampling, than trying to get a good pic b/c this is the only one I came away with!). Daniel's favorite was the hotdog, chips, moonpie & RC cola from the good ol' USA & the chocolate mousse from France. He also liked the french toast sticks w/ maple syrup from Canada. What a great experience!
