After make-up was finished, we headed out to the carriage, aka Nanna's car, for the Royal Parade. Big Daddy was brave enough to drive them a few laps around the neighborhood & picked up a new passenger every time he passed the castle, aka our house! Daniel was very excited about not having to buckle up & I quickly explained to him that this was ONLY for the parade! He was in rare form as the prince all night & spent some time outside 'slaying' evil dragons to while the girls were getting make-up. Laura Ann started out the parade with her crown on the right way, but came back with it upside down. Apparently Daniel knocked it off waving his sword around. Every time she put it on by herself it was upside down. Too funny!Laura Ann's expression in all of the photos is so cute. She really soaked up all of the attention!

Now that just looks like fun! And how convenient that Nanna has a Cinderella blue car!!!!! Happy birthday to Laura Ann!
I love the Royal Parade idea....I may have to steal that one!
