I took cookies for Laura Ann's class today to celebrate her birthday. Mrs. Becky greeted her this morning with a birthday crown that she got to wear all day. She was soooooo excited to sing happy birthday & share cookies with her her friends. It's the just the first of several celebrations over the next few days!
On a side note, the last pic is of Mrs. Becky reading an Autumn book to the class. Everyday when I pick Laura Ann up, they are on the carpet listening to a story & then they sing songs from her 'Song Bucket'. Laura Ann LOVES this & will not leave until Mrs. Becky finishes. She'll wave to me & say "Just a minute, Mom". I still have to coax her out of the room when Mrs. Becky finishes. I guess it's a good thing that she loves it, but I do miss my baby last year who ran to me everyday with outstretched arms when I picked her up! :)

Laura Ann is a girl after my own heart...I do love a crown! Hope she enjoys all of her b-day festivities!
By the way...Becky used to help me with childrens choir...she's so sweet!
