Daniel's Last Day to be FOUR!

Daniel turns five tomorrow! He is sooooo excited (and I am trying to be, but I tear up everytime I think about it)! This morning I said to him, "Today is your last day to ever be 4, so we should do something fun to celebrate." He said, "Mom, I don't want to be four anymore." I didn't say so, but I wanted to tell him that I would keep him four forever if it were up to me!
We picked up the Spiderman Moonwalk today for his party tomorrow- he was beyond excited about that. (Long story- the moonwalk was filthy, so we are getting a replacement in the morning, but I was a little stressed 2 hours ago about a party tomorrow w/ no moonwalk!) Anyway, here's to you, my firstborn- I love you more than life & can't wait to celebrate with you tomorrow!

Another reason to celebrate today- Dan & I have shared TEN years of marriage! Of course, I have no pics of just us as of late to post. We are celebrating next week, so maybe I'll have one then. Since Daniel arrived on our five year anniversary, we have celebrated a week late. For some reason, his birthday always takes over- imagine that! Anyway, Dan- I love you & look forward to our next ten years!

Happy Birthday Daniel! I know exactly what you mean about wanting to keep him your little boy! He is really starting to look like a big boy though.
Happy Anniversary to you and Dan! Hope your weekend of festivities is a great one!
