We had our annual Easter Egg Hunt at the Akridge's this afternoon. Mrs. Ann told the Easter story & then it was time to hunt eggs. Daniel & Laura Ann were cut throat hunting eggs this year! It was all business, they absolutely refused to stop & smile for a picture! Their technique was much improved too. They ate very little during the hunt, but boy, did they chow down when they were finished. After we had consumed way too much candy, we spent the rest of the afternoon/evening picnicing & playing with friends. We all had a great time & as always, this event will go down as our favorite part of Easter. Thanks to the Akridge's for a super fun afternoon!
