We went to the Bass Pro Shop at 3:00 yesterday to see Santa only to find that he is only there from 5-8. So, we played for awhile in Santa's Workshop, made our rounds through the store to see the all the stuffed animals & fish & then headed home (Dan had to be home by 4:30 for a call). I felt really bad for Daniel & Laura Ann because we had been looking forward to this for awhile, but they handled pretty well. We told them that Santa was taking a break & that we would come back another day! I think they were happy to just play in his workshop!
