This girl loves jumping off of the diving board
We spent the day today in Douglasville living it up in Big Daddy & Nanna's pool. Daniel provided lots of entertainment posing as 'Steve Erwin', the famous, deceased (Daniel doesn't know this), alligator/crocodile/snake guy. He checked out some of his movies from the library last week & watches reruns of his old shows on Animal Planet most mornings. The past couple of weeks, he has been all into 'being like Steve'. Of course, the costume is of the utmost importance, thus all of the 'snorkle' gear, which is quite comical. In his defense, he found a snorkle set when we were out shopping a few days ago & begged to get it. I said, no, so he had to accomodate. I think he did well considering his options! In case you can't tell- the end of an instrument is his mouthpiece, his knight chest plate is the oxygen tank & his water shoes are flippers. Anyway, he spent the day wrestling alligators in the pool, actually they were noodles, but we all played along & were thankful that he made it through the day alive. Laura Ann, as always swam her little heart out & loved jumping off of the diving board. We all had a fun day & enjoyed visiting with Big Daddy, Nanna & Leigh Anne.
